I’m Kali—
My promise to myself and my readers is to write true. The words that go on the paper, or in this case, the website, come from the deepest parts of my being. I have faith in the Lord, but I have also walked through dark valleys and atop the highest mountain tops. These words are a collection of every place and should be read as such. Nothing counteracts the other, more than that, it is a journey of faith, love, heartbreak, and grief.
These words are not to say I “made it,” because no one truly has. They say, “I am still becoming,” and that is more than enough.
So welcome dear reader. At minimum, I truly hope that you see a kindred spirit, that you feel seen, that you are not and have never been alone, no matter the season you stand in. I hope these works convey the truth… In every place there is a story worth hearing.
